Meet the team 

When it comes to student houses in Leeds, Matt knows a thing or two. Whether it’s taking groups of students around the city to find the perfect property, or hula hooping in the office, Matt has got it down! 

Originally from: Halifax 

Why you’re so important to the Rentinc team: I have built up a good knowledge of the properties I manage and can maintain good customer relationships. 

When you’re not finding students the perfect house you like to: Play Poker 

Best part about working for Rentinc is: Each day is different and there is always something to keep you on your toes 

If I was a student I’d live at: Home as I would still get my clothes washed and ironed. 

Favourites 

Sports team: Liverpool 

Member of the Rentinc team: I can’t choose that 

Dance move: It was ‘The Sprinkler’ but more recently I’m swaying towards ‘The Studge’ 

Tv show: A League Of Their Own 

Track: There is too many to choose from. 

Favourite part about the 90’s: Being a kid 

Place in Leeds: Obviously the Rentinc office
